Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free. If for any reason you want to exchange your new unworn/unwashed items, just contact us via email at support@oldglorycaps.com or phone at 800-240-3419 and let us know.  We will send you the item you would like with a label to send the original item back.  It's that easy!

90 Day Refund Policy

If you would like to return your unworn/unwashed items for a refund, simply ship it back to us along with a copy of your order confirmation or confirmation number and the reason for the return. Merchandise returns within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Your returned/exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Items that are not in new condition may be denied a return/exchange. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.  Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
